Practicing Law in the 21st Century: MCBA CLE II
This is the home base for the second annual Continuing Legal Education seminar, Practicing Law in the 21st Century: Making the Most of Local Internet Resources, held on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, and sponsored by the Communications Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association.
Our primary goal is to provide members with information on how to use online tools, forums, and information sources to support the practice of law. We’ll also discuss how to use the Internet to market your law firm and your areas of expertise. Finally, we’ll show you how focused, intelligent use of the online platforms can simplify your life.
In our portion of this CLE, we explore online tools and resources that you can use to:
- Deliver legal news and updates that will help support your practice.
- Create an online presence for you and your firm.
- Network online with other attorneys and, more importantly, potential clients.
